Success is the attainment of set goals. Students attain success through achievement, growth, and involvement.
Perseverance is to overcome in spite of adversity. Both students and faculty realize that there will be trials in an educational environment. We accept the challenge to overcome these as individuals and as a team.
Involvement is being an active participant in Lowry High School and the larger
community in order to benefit the student as an individual and as a community
member through first-hand experience.
Responsibility is students participating in their own education. This includes asking for help when needed, making up work when absent, and following their own curiosity and interests.
Integrity is honesty, trustworthiness and upright behavior in academic, social and
personal matters. Each student works toward developing strong, positive character traits.
Tradition is an established or customary pattern of thought, action or behavior. People need to know where they come from in order to plan where they are
going.
Lowry High School Believes:
- All students can learn.
- A positive and productive learning environment is based on mutual respect and responsibility.
- Education is a cooperative effort involving students, parents, educational staff and the community.
